1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of Investment Tracker. By creating an account or using the authenticated service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service.
2. Service provider and contact
Investment Tracker is provided by the operator identified on the Contact page. That page contains the available channels for general enquiries and privacy requests.
3. Account and access
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials and two-factor codes confidential, and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a cause attributable to the service. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; minors may use the service only where legally permitted and with any required authorization.
4. Service and plans
The service helps you organize portfolios, transactions, positions, watchlists and related calculations. Features and resource limits may depend on the active plan shown in the application. Premium subscriptions and payments are not currently available. If paid services are introduced, their price, duration, renewal, cancellation rights and specific conditions will be shown before any purchase.
5. Your records and acceptable use
You decide which portfolio information to enter and are responsible for checking its accuracy. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another person's account or portfolio, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.
6. Informational nature
Investment Tracker is an organizational and informational tool. Market information may be delayed, incomplete or estimated, and calculations and projections depend on available data and assumptions. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified advice when needed.
7. Third-party data and services
Some functions rely on third parties, such as Google when you choose Google sign-in and providers of market or transactional email services. Their availability and data may change or contain errors. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply. Investment Tracker does not claim ownership of third-party market data.
8. Availability and changes
The operator aims to provide a secure and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Features may be improved, replaced or withdrawn; material changes that adversely affect active users will be communicated with reasonable notice when possible.
9. Intellectual property
The application, its design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain any rights you have in the records you submit.
10. Suspension and account closure
Access may be proportionately limited or suspended to protect security, comply with law, prevent abuse or address a material breach of these terms. Notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided where reasonably possible. You may request account deletion from account settings using the confirmation process described there. Data deletion and any limited retention are explained in the Privacy page.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information entered by you, third-party data outside its reasonable control, or decisions made from informational results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights and guarantees.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy page, which explains the data used, purposes, recipients, retention and your rights.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, security or service changes. The current version and its update date will remain published here. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, reasonable advance notice will be given when required, and renewed acceptance will be requested where legally necessary.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of their place of residence or of the courts available to them under applicable law. Questions or complaints can be submitted through the Contact page.
